Cotton Bay Estates and Villas are employing solar water heating units as standard equipment for their villas, a 27,000 ft² clubhouse and their commercial laundry, provided by Cape Systems.

They have also commissioned a solar electric feasibility study for over 700 kilowatts of PV capacity throughout the development.
